＊New York Cityの法改正に関する内容ですが、全米の皆様にご参加頂けます。
 
2026年2月22日より、New York Cityの「Earned Safe and Sick Time Act（ESSTA）」および「Temporary Schedule Change Act」が改正されます。
今回の改正により、現在のESSTAによる有給病欠とは別に無給の病欠の提供が義務付けられます。

有給病欠とは別枠で管理が必要となりますので、「無給病欠提供」について理解を深める場としてお役立て下さい。
