Sexual harassment prevention training has been mandated in Illinois, and many clients have participated in our training sessions. This time, we will be hosting the training in a webinar format. We encourage you to utilize this opportunity for corporate training as well.

A. 2020年1月から義務化されました。
※1年に1度の研修の義務が今年も継続中 (2025年12月末まで研修必須) 

Q.対象となる企業は？
A. イリノイ州内の全ての雇用主です。
※ 全ての従業員が研修対象者 です。

Q. When did the training requirement become mandatory?
A. It has been mandatory since January 2020.
The annual training requirement remains in effect this year as well (training must be completed by the end of December 2025 ).

Q.Which businesses are subject to this requirement?
A. All employers in Illinois.
 All employees  are required to participate in the training.
